Regular cleaning starts at $149, deep cleaning at $169, move-in or move-out cleaning at $149, and post-construction cleaning at $169. These starting prices apply to homes up to 1,000 sq ft with one bedroom and one bathroom. Larger homes, condition and extras affect the final quote.
Window cleaning starts at $8 per interior window, $10 per exterior window or $15 for both. Window-only appointments have a $99 minimum. Ask about oven and refrigerator interiors, laundry, garage cleaning, carpet cleaning and pressure washing. We confirm your total before booking.
